SHIPPING INFORMATION
We charge a flat fee for our shipping costs. All orders ship for $6.50 each. This price is the same no matter how many products you order. We believe shipping should be affordable and easy to figure out.
Orders will ship from Indiana, PA or Detroit, MI.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take my order to ship?
Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days but please note that it can take up to 5 business days in some cases.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, when your order ships, you will be notified and you will receive a tracking number.
I ordered the wrong size. What now?
No worries. You can send it back to us and we will send you a different size. Please email us before sending it back though to get authorization. Our email is support@saturnrewards.com. You will be responsible for return shipping.
My order was damaged in transit. What now?
Oh no!! That's not what we like to hear. Please send us a photo of the damage so we can submit an insurance claim. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund. The choice is yours. We may, from time to time, depending on item value, send you a return label to have the item returned to us prior to issuing a refund or replacement.
What is your return policy?
Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery to your house. Everything on our site can be returned except for custom made orders. If you requested a custom made item, all sales are final. Return request need to be approved. To get approval, please contact support@saturnrewards.com. Refunds will be issued to the form of payment you used when placing a order. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless your order was damaged in transit or we shipped the wrong item to you. Please allow up to five to seven business days for the funds to appear back on your payment method.
